About GemShine
Gemshine is a European firm, who sells top class jewellery and watches through the web. Its top Management is a group of professionals with a broad experience in jewellery, marketing and finance. This allows us to manage the three pillars of the business: the product, the consumer and the company.
- Maria A. Mariñas - CEO - mmarinas@gemshine.com - After 1.5 years as a Credit Analyst at Commerzbank, Maria moved to London in January 1994 to develop the coverage of Spanish institutional accounts at Goldman Sachs International, where she spent 6 years. In January 2000 she resigned from her position as an Executive Director to work in the organization and start-up of GemShine. Maria is fluent in German, English and Spanish.
- Marcela Hoyos – Operations and Production Manager – mhoyos@gemshine.com – Marcela is responsible for the smooth day to day operations of Gemshine. Her responsibilities include the management of our Customer Relations. She is also in charge of Gemshine’s jewellery production. Marcela is fluent in Spanish, German and English.
Apart from our own jewellery line, which we design and manufacture in-house, we have established agreements with some of the best jewellery manufacturers and designers in Europe. This way, our inventory has no limit other than the stock of our jewellers and the imagination of the designers.
In Diamond jewellery we exclusively work with site holders of the most important Diamond Bourses (Antwerp and Israel), who support the Kimberley process.
